For many years, the Kharkiv Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross has been supporting residents of the Kharkiv region.
Our volunteers, often risking their own lives, provide humanitarian and psychosocial assistance, conduct mine safety and first aid training, and support medical institutions across the region.
The organization also operates a Tracing Service. Our mobile medical teams travel to the most remote villages in the Kharkiv region to help those in greatest need, while social workers in the “Home Care” program support nearly 300 beneficiaries.
Almost every day, under shelling, teams evacuate people from dangerous areas and provide emergency assistance following attacks or other critical incidents.
