The primary mission of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society is to protect human life and prevent and alleviate human suffering during armed conflicts, natural disasters, emergencies, and accidents. The Society provides support to the medical services of the armed forces and public health authorities, and assists state institutions of Ukraine in their humanitarian activities.
